Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By booking any relocation service with us, you agree to abide by these terms. A formal quotation and work order must be signed before any service is initiated.

2. Booking & Cancellation
A minimum 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation made 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Scope of Services
Our services include packing, loading, transport, IT equipment relocation, reinstallation, and optional deep cleaning and e-waste recycling. The final scope will be defined in the approved quotation.

4. Liability for Damage
While we take the utmost care in handling, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing equipment faults
Unreported fragile items
Items not listed in the inventory
Optional insurance coverage is available for high-value assets.

5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure availability of power, lift access, parking, and necessary permissions at both locations.
Provide accurate information on asset value, weight, and dimensions.

6. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, traffic, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

7. E-Waste & Disposal
We follow government-certified e-waste recycling practices. A separate consent form is required for disposal of electronics or data-containing devices.

8. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 2 days of completion of the move.
Delayed payments will attract 2% monthly interest.

9. Privacy & Data
We do not access, retain, or store any business data from your IT equipment during the move. Your data privacy is fully respected.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in India jurisdiction.
